We’re pleased to announce that KokoroCon will be held at the Crowne Plaza Nottingham - a luxurious 4-star hotel in the centre of Nottingham with plenty of rooms of varying sizes that can tailor perfectly to the different events we’ll be holding over the weekend. This stylish venue also has plenty of spaces to relax and socialise with some down time between panels.

The hotel has everything you could possibly need over the weekend (including WIFI, a spa, and pool if you’re staying on site), but if you’d rather venture outside of the hotel for food you’ll find lots of places to eat within a few minutes walking distance.

For those who do not wish to stay on-site, there are many other hotels nearby which should suit everyone's needs, though please be aware, if you are staying off-site then the 24 hour bar is only available until 2am

Arriving by car

If you are staying at the venue, there is onsite parking available for free with every KokoroCon ticket!

Q-Park Talbot Street Car Park - 2 minute walking distance from the venue. Daily rates are £17.50
Upper Parliament Street Car Park - 2 minute walking distance from the venue. Daily rates are £14
NCP Nottingham Maid Marian Way - 11 minute walking distance from the venue. Daily rates are £5.80

There is a one way system in the city centre, so you’re best to double check your approach on Google Maps before making the trip.

Arriving by train

We are about less than a mile from Nottingham train station. Taxis, buses and trams are available to complete your journey, or it would be roughly a 16 minute walk on foot.
